You can't get earned media placements without strong media relations and a good media strategy. For the piece below I was able to work closely with the writer and one of the subjects, who was a client of a large social services organization I was working for. The opportunity for a placement in Esquire was too good to pass up, but the deadline was tight, the writer knew what he was looking for and we needed to engage our client in a way that was appropriate.
