I was approached by a coalition of major U.S. funders, who were working to advance the field of palliative care. They hired me to conduct market research to determine their awareness of palliative care among other foundations -- and their willingness to consider future funding. From the research, we developed a paper, a website, a "grantmaking toolkit", and communications tools to engage funders.  I served as lead researcher, content writer, and website developer.
